About the Role
We're seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead the development of cutting-edge AI models and machine learning solutions for our enterprise clients. You'll work on complex problems involving deep learning, natural language processing, and predictive analytics.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop advanced machine learning models and algorithms
- Lead a team of junior AI engineers on multiple projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and deliver solutions
- Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and frameworks
- Optimize model performance and implement production-ready systems
- Mentor junior team members and conduct code reviews
- Document technical solutions and present findings to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning and AI development
- Strong expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks
- Deep understanding of deep learning, NLP, and computer vision
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
- Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Machine Learning, AI, or related field
- Published research papers or contributions to open-source ML projects
- Experience with MLOps and model deployment pipelines
- Knowledge of distributed computing and parallel processing
- Familiarity with agile development practices
